The Insight

Real middle-aged guys are besieged by a relentless onslaught of requests from the boss, gatherings with the in-laws and kids’ birthday parties. Cranking out the yard as an opportunity to burn some fuel, shred some foliage and feel like they’d actually gotten something done without having to deal with anyone else. They seemed to be living in a world conspiring to keep them from doing what they really wanted. Running a chain saw, leaf blower or string trimmer was a time of welcome respite, so long as that equipment didn’t break down in the middle of the job.
